Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure transparency and guest comfort, the following are the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds :
1. Cancellation Before Check-in
Cancellations made up to 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
The refund process will be completed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in time are non-refundable.
This policy applies without exception, including for personal reasons, changes in travel plans, or delays.
3. Cancellation by the Property
If Zozo Apartment cancels a reservation due to operational reasons or emergencies, guests are entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled stay, based on mutual agreement.
4. Violation of Property Rules
If a stay is terminated due to a violation of property regulations, no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation Procedure
All cancellations must be made in writing through the official booking platform or the contact provided by Zozo Apartment.
