1. Check-in & Check-out Time

Check-out: By 12:00 WIB
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Guest Identification
Guests must present valid ID (KTP/passport) upon check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
Unregistered additional guests are not permitted.
3. Cleanliness & Damages
Please maintain cleanliness during your stay.
Damages due to negligence will incur repair charges.
Do not litter or move furniture without permission.
4. Order & Noise
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 WIB.
Parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited without written consent from the owner.
Please behave respectfully to avoid disturbing other residents.
5. Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
Pets are not permitted
6. Security
Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the unit.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
The owner is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
7. Facility Usage
Shared facilities (pool, gym, etc.) must be used according to building rules.
Guests are responsible for any damage or misuse of facilities
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable
9. Compliance
Guests must comply with all building regulations and applicable laws.
Violation of rules may result in termination of stay without refund.
